About Ralf Klimpke
More than 15 years at the core of tool integration
As founder and Managing Director of agosense GmbH, I work to ensure that development departments no longer have to waste valuable time on manual data maintenance. Since 2009, I have been continuously developing agosense — with the goal of building an integration platform that genuinely holds up in the real-world conditions of large development organizations.
My focus is on two core areas: ALM Tool Integration and B2B Data Exchange. Whether teams need to synchronize Jira with Codebeamer, mirror Salesforce tickets into Azure DevOps, or automate OEM supplier portal submissions — we have the adapters, the platform, and the experience to make it happen.
In more than 150 customer projects, we have worked alongside development managers from automotive, aerospace, banking, and other industries to build solutions that don't just work — but scale as requirements grow. Customers come with a specific problem and leave with a platform that carries their entire tool ecosystem.

From sales into product development — and back to the customer
My engineering degree and years of sales experience in ALM and connectivity form the foundation on which agosense was built. I bring this dual perspective to every project: as a technologist who understands what platforms need to deliver — and as an entrepreneur who knows what customers really need.

Founded and continuously developed agosense GmbH — with the goal of creating the leading vendor-independent integration platform for development organizations. Commercial management, product strategy, and close involvement in customer projects across national and international markets. Today, agosense.symphony is an established name in the field of ALM Tool Integration and B2B Data Exchange.

Built and managed the sales of Application Lifecycle Management solutions to major automotive customers (DACH). Deep market knowledge and direct relationships with leading OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers — experience that later laid the foundation for agosense.
