In particular, the automated exchange of tickets with customers - well documented, automatically synchronized and qualitatively improved through the elimination of manual error sources - with a future-proof "state-of-the-art" technology was on Marquardt GmbH's agenda when deciding on agosense.symphony. 

Among other things, the DanTe portal of Daimler AG - now replaced by Mercedes-Benz STARC - was integrated into the usual processes via agosense.symphony.

In summary, this resulted in higher employee satisfaction by relieving the pressure on developers, consistent data storage with up-to-date information always available, higher quality, lower costs and less coordination effort.
