To be even more user-friendly, we have built a new epics breakdown. You can now create tasks, item stories, change requests etc. within the epic. Afterwards they are automatically listed in the backlog where you can assign them to one of the next sprints.
We have developed two new adapters for agosense.symphony ONE: Salesforce and ServiceNow. Besides our already existing integrations, we enable now an even easier integration of ITSM and software delivery tools.
