December Releases agosense.fidelia & agosense.symphony

The sprints of November are done and our new December Releases of agosense.fidelia and agosense.symphony are now available.  

Here is a summary of the most important changes for you:

agosense.fidelia

To be even more user-friendly, we have built a new epics breakdown. You can now create tasks, item stories, change requests etc. within the epic. Afterwards they are automatically listed in the backlog where you can assign them to one of the next sprints.

agosense.symphony 

We have developed two new adapters for agosense.symphony ONE: Salesforce and ServiceNow. 
Besides our already existing integrations, we enable now an even easier integration of ITSM and software delivery tools.

As usual, customers can find all changes in the changelog.
